荷兰豆种子人工老化过程中生理生化指标的研究

Studies on Physiological and Biochemical Index of Artificially Aged Sweet Broad Pea Seed

摘要: 以荷兰豆种子为试材,通过人工加速老化的方法,对其种子的一些生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明: 经(48℃±1℃)老化处理后的荷兰豆种子的蛋白质含量,脱氢酶活性,过氧化物酶活性总体呈下降趋势。

Abstract: Physiological and biochemical index of sweet broad pea seed subjected to artificial aging under 48℃±1℃ was determined. The results indicated that in response to the artificial aging, the protein content, the dehydrogenation enzyme activity, the peroxide enzyme activity decreased as a whole.
