摘要: AFLP技术是近十年来新发展起来的最有效的分子标记技术,将其应用于茄果类蔬菜中进行遗传标记分析,具有分辨率高、多态性水平高、检测位点多,易于标准化和自动化,适合大批量样品分析等诸多优势,对蔬菜育种研究工作起关键作用。本文综述了此方面国内外研究的最新进展及其发展前景。

Abstract: AFLP technology was the most effective molecular marker method in the last ten years. It had many advantages, such as high resolution、high polymorphism level、more detect point and briefness to standard and automation. More over, it was fit for multitudinous sample analysis, which played an important role in vegetable breeding research. T the last development and its perspective was summarized in this article.
