HPMCP微胶囊蛋白质包裹量的测定方法

摘要: 本文采用复相乳液法制备HPMCP的BSA微胶囊,研究常用蛋白质定量方法考马斯亮蓝染色法、福林-酚法、紫外吸收法对测定HPMCP微胶囊蛋白包裹量受壁材、乳化剂、亲水性保护胶体的影响。结果得到制备的微胶囊呈圆形或椭圆形,没有粘结在一起的现象,三种方法中福林-酚法影响程度最小,适合测定HPMCP蛋白微胶囊的包裹量。

Abstract: This paper studied the means of diphase emulsion to make bovine albumin microcapsuals with hydroxy proprl methyl celluloxe phthalate, effection of the wrap material, reagent of emulsification, hydrophilic colloid of protection and pH of testing protein on the bradford protein assay, the folin-phenol assay and UV-absorbing methods for testing the envelopment protein capacity of microcapsules. The end that shape of microcapsules was orbicular or elliptic and no conglutination, the best means for testing envelopment protein capacity of microcapsules is the Folin-pHenol assay because it has the least effection.
