种子萌发及幼苗生长的调节效应研究进展

摘要: 种子萌发是一个复杂的物质代谢过程,多种植物激素和植物生长调节剂参与和调节种子萌发及幼苗生长,使种子活力、幼苗形态、内部营养物质及酶类也发生相应的变化。本文在查阅国内外大量文献的基础上,对脱落酸、赤霉素、细胞分裂素、乙烯、生长素五类植物激素和主要植物生长调节剂以及水杨酸对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响、调节机制及应用研究进行了综述,为植物生长调节剂在芽苗菜产业健康可持续发展中的科学合理利用提供参考。

Abstract: Seed germination is a complicated substance metabolizing course, many kinds of phytohormnoe and plant growth regulator be concerned with regulating the course of seed germination and seedlings growth,and affect seed viability and seedings modality and transformation of nutrient substance and enzyme. On the base of consultling a lot of literatures, it was summarized of the application and effects and regulating mechanism of ABA,GA,CTK,ETH,IAA,SA and several kinds of main plant growth regulator on seed germination and seedlings growth in this article.It would be usful for the sustainable development of sprouts industry by using the plant growth regulator scientificly and rationaly.
