摘要: 香稻是一种特殊稻种,具有某种滋补和药用效果,在国际稻米市场中具有很强的竞争力,成为当今稻作科研的热门课题。本文综述了近年来香稻发展现状与研究进展,包括营养价值、香味的化学成份、香味的鉴定、香味的的遗传及其表达、香味基因的分子标记与定位等主要方面,以期为我国优质香稻的选育与保优栽培提供参考依据。

关键词: 水稻, 水稻, 超高产田块, 根际微生物, 生理类群数量

Abstract: Scented rice is a kind of special rices with tonification and medicinal effect. Scented rice have a very strong competitive ability in international rice market and scented rice research has become a hot research subject in rice research fields in nowadays. In this paper ,the development status and research progress of scented rice was summarized involving nutritional qualities of scented rice,chemical composition, inheritance of aroma, the molecular marker and location of aroma gene.
