摘要： 摘 要：以阿月浑子良种‘科尔曼’的种子和枝条作为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明：1/2DKW和1/2DKW+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L作为种子萌发和茎段分化的培养基；1/2DKW +6-BA 4.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L为增殖培养基，增殖系数可达3.6；1/2DKW +IBA 5 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L为生根培养基，生根率75%以上，移栽在河砂与蛭石（3︰1）混合基质中，成活率达79%以上。

Abstract: Abstract: The seeds and stem-segments were used as explants in the tissue culture of Pistacia vera‘Kerman’. Results indicated that: Mediums of 1/2DKW and 1/2DKW+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L were best medium for germination and differentiation; Multiplication coefficient was 3.6 on the medium of 1/2DKW +6-BA 4.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L; Rooting rate was up to 75% on the medium of 1/2DKW +IBA 5 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L; The suitable transplantation matrix was 3/4 sand + 1/4 vermiculite，and survival rate of plant with root was above 79%.
