马唐与玉米间作对Cd的富集效果研究初探

The uptake and accumulation effect of Cd in the intercropping system between with maize and crabgrass

摘要: 采用盆栽土培试验,研究了马唐与玉米间作对玉米吸收和积累Cd的影响。结果表明,无论是单作玉米还是间作玉米,同一Cd浓度处理下,玉米各器官的含Cd量均为:根>茎>叶>籽粒;同一器官不同Cd浓度处理的Cd含量大小顺序为:10mg>5mg>0mg。在没有Cd胁迫情况下,单作马唐地上部积累的Cd略高与间作马唐;当加入外源Cd时,间作马唐积累的Cd高于单作马唐,且达到显著水平。马唐对Cd的积累量随着Cd浓度的增加,马唐地上部积累Cd的量也在相应增加。玉米与马唐间作系统,促进了玉米根部对Cd的吸收,而籽粒中Cd的含量反而有所降低。初步表明,玉米与马唐间作之后,能够相互促进对Cd的吸收。

Abstract: A soil pot-culture experiment was carried out to study maize(Zea mays L.) and crabgrass(Digitaria sanguinalis (L.)Scop.) response to cadmium toxicity. The results showed that under the same level of Cd, contents sequence of Cd in the different organs of maize was root>stem>leaf>seed both intercropping and mono-cropping system. Contents sequence of Cd in the same organs of maize was 10mg>5mg>0mg under different levels of Cd. Compred with the control, crabgrass of intercropping accumulate more Cd than crabgrass of mono-cropping. Crabgrass accelerated the maize for uptake and accumulation of Cd and distrite them in roots of the maize in intercropping system. The initial test showed that crabgrass and maize promoted uptake and accumulation of Cd in intercropping system each other.
