利用昆虫性诱剂防治大豆食心虫的研究

Study on Control of Soybean Pod Borer(Leguminivora glycinivorella(Mats)) with Synthetic Sex Pheromone

摘要: 摘 要 : 利用人工合成大豆食心虫性诱剂进行大豆食心虫田间种群动态调查,结果表明:2006年哈尔滨地区大豆食心虫的发生期大约为1个月,高峰期为8月7日至8月14日左右,与传统的目测惊蛾法调查的结果基本一致。4种不同田间诱蛾方式研究表明:水盆的诱蛾效果好于诱捕器,加入少量杀虫剂后诱捕器防治效果达到43.82%,而水盆加入少量杀虫剂后效果没有提高。2007年大豆食心虫性诱剂在哈尔滨地区开展大面积防治试验,防治效果为45.9%。2008年单用性诱剂+诱捕器防效为50.0%,在诱捕器中加入少量杀虫剂防治效果达62.7%。

Abstract: (Plant Protection Institute, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Harbin150086) Abstract: Synthetic sex pheromones were used to study the dynamic occurring trend of soybean pod borer population in the field. The results showed that the occurring period of soybean pod borer was about one month in Harbin in 2006 and the fastigium period was from 7th to14th, August. This conclusion is roughly consisted with the data that obtained from traditional visual evaluation method by disrupting the moth in the field. Among 4 trapping methods used in this experiment, the water pot is better than the traps in effect of attracting moth. Adding little pesticide in the traps, the controlling percentage can reach 43.82% but it did not influence the controlling effect in water pot method. In 2007, synthetic sex pheromones were used to control soybean borer in Harbin as an exhibition, and 45.9% of moth could be controlled .Another similar exhibition were carried out in Harbin in 2008, controlling effect could be 50% using synthetic sex pheromones and traps together; while the controling percentage could reach 62.7% if adding a bit pesticide in traps.
