营养液中多种氨基酸的分离与测定

摘要: 利用高效毛细管电泳直接紫外检测法对12种非衍生化氨基酸进行了分离分析条件的研究,采用重力进样,进样高度25cm,进样时间30s,弹性石英毛细管内径75um,分离电压15kv,以pH=11.40的硼砂中加入SDS和尿素为缓冲溶液,使常见的12种氨基酸得到有效的分离。

Abstract: Abstract: Research goal:12 native amino acids were separated and determined in 18 minutes by high performance capillary electrophoresis with UV detection.Method: the time is 30s ,the height is 25 cm;running voltage is 15 kV; bouncy silica 75 μm , buffer 10 mmol/L sodium tetraborate,30 mmol/LSDS,and 0.1 mmol/L Urea, pH =11.40. Conclusion:The conditions of separation and determination were gravitation sampling.
