摘要: 以甘蓝型油菜-萝卜d染色体附加系do和菜心为材料,通过有性杂交途径获得了F1杂种,并对F1杂种进行了形态学、细胞学和分子标记鉴定。结果表明:附加系do与菜心A3间的正反交均可得到种子;除反交A3×do获得的少部分种子为假杂种外均为真杂种;真杂种的形态特征偏向于附加系do,细胞DNA相对含量介于其亲本之间。

Abstract: F1 hybrids between rape-radish with chorosome-D addition line do and flowering chinese cabbage were aquired through sexual hybridization, and identified by morphological investigation, cytological examination and molecular marker technique. The result indicated that hybrids could be obtained from reciprocal crosses, most were all true hybrids except few seeds from reciprocal cross A3×do, and morphological characters of true hybrids were lean to the addition line do and their relative DNA contents tested by Flow Cytometry lied between their parents.
