摘要:

本文简要介绍了台湾目前的行政院农业委员会、卫生署和经济部标准检验局等食品安全监管机构,以及台湾食品安全法律法规和质量认证体系,并阐述了台湾食品安全监管机制对中国大陆的启示。了解台湾食品安全相关现状,对于落实两岸食品安全协议,增进海峡两岸食品安全沟通与互信,保障两岸人民安全与健康具有重要意义。

Abstract:

This paper introduces Taiwan's food safety supervision bodies (such as Council of Agriculture, Department of Health of Executive Yuan, Metrology and Inspection Bureau of Standards etc.), laws, regulations, quality certification system, and the revelation from Taiwan's food safety regulatory mechanism. Understanding the status of Taiwan is important for the implementation of the two sides agreement, promoting food safety communication and mutual trust, protecting the safety and health of Chinese people.
