杜仲叶中绿原酸醇提法的工艺研究

摘要:

目的 研究以乙醇为溶剂提取杜仲叶中绿原酸的最佳工艺条件。方法 通过单因素实验研究各因素对提取率的影响,应用正交实验优化工艺条件。结果 乙醇提取杜仲叶绿原酸最佳工艺条件为: 乙醇浓度为60%,浸提温度为60℃,时间为2.5h,物料比1:12。结论 在最佳条件下,绿原酸提取率为2.434%。

Abstract:

Objective The extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaf was studied with Ethanol as solvent. Methods Main factors influencing the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides were studied by single factor experiments, and then the optimized conditions for the extraction of chlorogenic acid were studied by orthogonal test.Results Optimized conditions were obtained as follows: Ethanol concentration 60%;extraction temperature 60℃; extraction time 2.5h; material to solvent 1:12. Conclusion The extraction ratio of chlorogenic acid was 2.434% in the optimized conditions.
