烟田斜纹夜蛾及烟粉虱对大蒜乙醇抽提物的生物活性反应

摘要: 摘 要:本文采用室内测定及大田试验,研究了大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟田斜纹夜蛾及烟粉虱的生物活性。结果表明:大蒜乙醇抽提物对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫有一定的拒食和毒杀作用,但其效果较差;而对烟粉虱具有明显的忌避作用和干扰作用。除处理后72 h 浓度为10 g?L-1大蒜乙醇抽提物对烟粉虱成虫的忌避作用较差外,各浓度抽提物对烟粉虱成虫的忌避作用均较好,其忌避率在69.44%-100.00%;该抽提物对烟粉虱的大田拒食率为54.83%和68.63%;其干扰作用控制指数分别为0.452和0.314。因此,可尝试以大蒜为原料研究烟草保护剂及在烟田利用大蒜作为一种忌避或驱避作物控制烟田斜纹夜蛾及烟粉虱。

Abstract: Abstract:The bioactivities of garlic extracts on Spodoptera litura and Bemisia tabaci in tobacco fields were determined by indoor and outdoor experiments. The results showed that antifeedant and toxic effects of the garlic extracts on S. litura larvae (3rd instar) were obvious, but the ones were week. However, it was very significant to deterrent or interfere B. tabaci by the extracts. Besides the concentration of 10 g?L-1 at 72h after the treatment was more poor, the others were very significant for B. tabaci during the experiment of deterrent. The rates of deterrent were between 69.44% and 100.00%. And the numbers of antifeedant rates were 54.83% and 68.63%, respectively. The ones of IIPC were 0.452 and 0.314, respectively.
