Abstract: Asteraceae family is the most types of nematicidal plants，has an important status.in botanical nematicides research. This paper reports the species of nematicidal Asteraceae and its prevention and control of plant nematodes, and the research progress on controlling plant nematodes with plant extracts, plant powder, and green manure, or as inter-plant. Studies on active ingredient of Asteraceae nematicidal plants are also reviewed in this paper.
