应用量化指标评分法筛选优质小米的实践

摘要:优质、保健食品是时下人们对食品需求的重要目标。在多个谷子品种中,用量化指标评分法评选优质品种就是顺应人们对优质、保健农产品的需求。将化验结果、产量及田间表现、小米汤品尝等项目指标量化,并依据各项目重要程度、优差等级给予相应的分值,再依据分值大小确定谷子品种优劣。这种评选优质品种的方法在当地属首创。同时通过量化指标的评选,已为本地评选出5个各具特色,有很大推广潜力优质谷子良种。

Abstract:

Abstract: Nowadays high-quality, health food is what people look forward to. With grading method of quantitative indicators, the selection among a number of millet varieties adapts to people's quality, health care needs of agricultural products. The items including test results, yield, field performance and millet soup tasting were quantified, in the degree of their importance and rank, and then graded the quality of millet varieties.This selection method of high-quality varieties are the first in the local area. At the same time, the quantification method has selected five characteristic, high-quality millet varieties which have great potential to promote in the local.
