犬微卫星DNA遗传多态性及其在亲权鉴定中应用研究进展

摘要:

虽然中国具有丰富的犬种遗传资源,但其发掘与开发利用水平还较低。从分子层次上深入系统研究中国犬遗传资源状况,可以为制定科学合理的选育利用方案提供必要的理论基础。通过分析中国犬微卫星DNA遗传多态性及其在亲权鉴定中的应用,发现其遗传多样性较丰富,大部分的微卫星DNA位点能成功地运用于犬类的亲权鉴定中。

Abstract:

The genetic resources of domesticated dog are enormous in China, but its investigation and utilization have remained almost undeveloped. To develop effective utilization and breeding programs, it is necessary to systematically investigate the genetic structure on molecular level. In this paper, we summarized the genetic polymorphisms of microsatellite DNA of Chinese domesticated dogs, and further discussed its application to parentage identification. These results suggested that there is abundant genetic diversity, and most of the microsatellite DNA loci could be successfully applied to parentage identification.
