刺五加黑斑病菌对刺五加不同器官的侵染研究

摘要:

【目的】探讨刺五加不同器官对刺五加黑斑病菌生长速率和孢子萌发的影响。【方法】制作刺五加不同器官煎汁的培养基和液体培养基质,分别来观察在不同器官煎汁培养基中,刺五加病原菌菌落的生长速率和不同基质处理中病原菌孢子的萌发率。【结果】刺五加器官煎汁培养基生长速率比对照高,尤其是茎部煎汁培养基与对照的生长速率间差异显著;刺五加黑斑病菌在刺五加不同器官汁液基质条件下的孢子萌发率较好,其中茎部汁液基质与清水对照处理的孢子萌发率差异显著。【结论】刺五加不同器官对刺五加黑斑病菌的生长速率和孢子萌发有一定促进作用,但与植物不同器官的关系不大。

Abstract:

[objective] The aim was to disscuss the influence which the growth of pathogenic fungus and spore germination of Alternaria brassicicola with the different organs of Acanthopanax senticosus. [Method] To make different culture medium with different organs of A. senticosus which fried the juice, respectively, to observe the growth of pathogenic fungus of A. brassicicola and the germination rate of pathogenic fungus spore with different treatment. [result] The rate of spore germination under different organizations sap was higher than under control (clear water), particularly, compared stems media of A. senticosus to control media, it had significant difference on the growth rate of pathogenic fungus. [conclusion] The spore germination rate of the juice processing of different organs was no significant difference, but the clear water (control) and other treatments were extremely significant,
