摘要:

自溶现象广泛存在于各种微生物中,但有关食药用菌虎奶菇(Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Sing.)菌丝体自溶的研究国内外均未见报道。本文利用液体发酵的方法来培养虎奶菇菌丝体,并分别研究了不同温度、pH值与渗透压、O2供应等因素对其菌丝体自溶的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下,虎奶菇菌丝体较佳的单因子自溶条件分别为温度40℃、pH 9.0、NaCl浓度3-4%及无氧条件。本实验结果为虎奶菇菌丝体自溶机制的深入研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:

The phenomenon of autolysis is widespread among various kinds of microbes. However, there is hitherto no report on the autolysis of Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Sing. Liquid fermentation method was applied to culture the Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Sing mycelia and the effects of temperature, pH, osmotic pressure and oxygen supply on the autolysis of Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Sing mycelium were examined. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for the mycelium autolysis were 40℃, pH 9.0, 3-4%NaCl and anaerobic fermentation. This study provides the basis on which the further investigation of the Pleurotus tuber-regium (Fr.) Sing mycelium autolysis mechanism can be conducted.
