加味玉屏风散对实验性免疫抑制黄鳝非特异性免疫功能的影响

Effects of Plus Yupingfeng Power on Nonspecific Immunity in Experimental Immunosuppression Monopterus albus

摘要:

【研究目的】研究了由黄芪、白术、防风、党参和甘草组成的加味玉屏风散对实验性免疫抑制黄鳝非特异性免疫功能的影响。【方法】阴性空白对照组只腹腔注射生理盐水,阳性空白对照组注射环磷酰胺,设低、中、高三个剂量阳性用药组注射环磷酰胺和加味玉屏风散,阳性用药对照组注射环磷酰胺和黄芪注射液,于第3d、第9d各注射一次,在第15d采样,分别测定脾脏体指数和抗氧化酶活性,并统计各组的死亡率。【结果】阳性空白对照组黄鳝与阴性空白对照组相比,死亡率显著升高(P<0.05),脾脏体指数极显著降低(P<0.01),抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-Px活性受抑制极显著(P<0.01),SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05)。各用药组的死亡率均比阳性空白对照组的低,脾脏体指数和CAT、GSH-PX抗氧化酶活性均有回升,并接近或超过健康组;SOD活性则远超过健康组水平,其中尤以阳性用药低剂量组效果最为显著(P<0.01)。【结论】加味玉屏风散具有良好的增强黄鳝非特异性免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:

【Objective】The effect of a traditional chinese medicine preparation(TCMP)on the change of nonspecific immunity,such as mortality,relative percent survival, spleen index and antioxidase in Monopterus albus was evaluated in this study. 【Methods】All synbranchoid eels were divided into six groups,and solution was injected into abdominal cavity of each eel at the 3th day and the 9th day.The first group, acting as negative-blank contral group,was just injected intraperitoneally with normal saline.The second group was injected with cyclophosphamide. One medication group was injected with cyclophosphamide and astragalus injection at the same time as drug-treated control fish.The other three groups were injected with cyclophosphamide and plus Yupingfeng power simultaneously.Thirty-three eels were treated with 0.8ul/g?BW plus Yupingfeng power ,which was made up of Huangqi,Baizhu,Fangfeng,Dangshen and Gancao,as low-dosage-drug-treated fish, middle-dosage-drug-treated fish were injected with 1.6ul/g?BW plus Yupingfeng power and the high-dosage-drug-treated fish was injected with 3.2ul/g?BW plus Yupingfeng power. Counting of mortality rate and spleen index,and detecting the change of antioxidant enzyme activities at the 15th day of experiment. 【Results】The results indicated that,compared with the masculine-blank contral group, the mortality rates of each treated group were decreased,the level of spleen index was elevated,the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px increased obviously,and the low-dosage-drug-treated group showed the best effect.Overall,these results as mentioned above demonstrated that the Plus Yupingfeng Power can enhance the level of spleen index,and also bring the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px going up significantly. 【Conclusion】The preparation has a effective immunopotentiator against the experimental immunosuppression of Monopterus albus.
