摘要:

豆菌核病是由核盘菌侵染所造成的一种世界性病害,其寄主广泛,危害严重。在我国油菜、大豆和保护地蔬菜的菌核病问题尤为突出,严重时会导致毁灭性的损失。本试验从三种人工接种方法中筛选了一套简单易行的茎干切割的方法,对黑龙江主栽的大豆品种进行了苗期菌核病的耐病性鉴定,鉴定出耐病资源9份,占总鉴定材料的18%。为今后的大豆抗菌核病育种工作奠定坚实的理论和实践基础。

Abstract:

Sclerotinia stem rot, caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, is a major soybean disease throughout the world. It is among the most nonspecific, omnivorous, and successful of plant pathogens. On soybean, it is a major disease that causes substantial yield losses in the Northeast of China.We use cut stem inoculation of single-shoot grafts from three methods to Evaluation of Resistance of soybean in Heilongjiang province. Breeding for disease resistance for the future and lay a solid theoretical and empirical basis.
