Identification of Magnaporthe oryzae avirulence gene in Hei Longjiang Province with SSR Marker

摘要:

使用与无毒基因Avr-pit、Avr-pia、PRE1紧密连锁的3个SSR标记对黑龙江省不同地区的195个稻瘟菌菌株的DNA进行PCR扩增。结果表明,各无毒基因在黑龙江省的出现频率有明显差异,无毒基因Avr-pit的出现频率为43.59%,无毒基因Avr-pia出现频率36.92%,无毒基因PRE1的出现频率为30.26%。黑龙江省稻瘟病菌的群体结构复杂,在不同地区甚至相同地区的菌株中无毒基因的存在情况都有明显的差异。

Abstract:

Using three SSR marker which was closely linked to the avirulence gene Avr-pit,Avr-pia and PRE1 for PCR amplification of DNA in 209 Magnaporthe oryzae strains of different region Heilongjiang province. The result showed that the frequency of different avirulence gene is significant different in Heilongjiang province, and the appearance frequency of these three avirulence gene Avr-pit, Avr-pia and PRE1 were 43.59%,36.92% and 30.26%. The group structure of Magnaporthe oryzae was complex in Heilongjiang Province.The distribution of avirulence gene varied in different regions even in the same region.
