摘要:

影响大豆异黄酮含量的因素主要有遗传因素(基因)和环境因素。异黄酮是受主—微效基因共同控制的;不同地理位置、不同栽培贮藏条件、不同品种、不同年份、不同籽粒的特征特性等,其异黄酮含量也有差异;另外野生大豆异黄酮的含量,因分布区域的不同而有变化。

Abstract:

The main elements that affect the soybean seed isoflavone content is the heredity elements(gene) and the environment elements. The content of soybean isoflavones is controlled by a pair of main genes and some minor genes; the isoflavones content varies with different geography sites, different cultivating and storing conditions, different varieties, different years and different appearance of the seeds, in addition, the isoflavones content of wild soybean varies with sites.
