摘要:通过将所构建的HBV RNA疫苗和DNA疫苗分别转染BHK-21细胞,并比较其在细胞中表达情况及细胞凋亡现象。结果表明HBV RNA疫苗比DNA疫苗表达效果更好,安全性更高,更具有应用前景。

Abstract:

Abstract: Construction of RNA replicon vaccine and DNA vaccine of HBV, then the 2 vectors were tranfected into BHK-21 cells and their expression efficiency was detected by ELISA with the kits used to detect HBsAg and preS2. Meantime, we found that the vectors based on pSFV can make BHK-21 cells dead (apoptosis). It is confirmed that the immune effect of RNA replicon vaccine is better than that of DNA vaccine. RNA vaccine is safer and more prospects.
