摘要:

对从自然界筛选获得的枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis 515菌株进行紫外线、氯化锂、硫酸二乙酯的复合诱变,获得了一株遗传稳定的高产几丁质酶活性菌株。采用正交试验设计对变异菌株的培养基和培养条件进行优化,采用优化后的发酵培养基和培养条件,变异菌株单位发酵液的几丁质酶活性达到了1.53U/mL。

Abstract:

A higher chitinase production mutant with stable heritage ,was obtained from initial Bacillus subtilis 515 strain, which was separated from soil and by means of UV,LiCl and DES mutagenization.The optimum medium and fermentation condition for Bacillus subtilis 515 have been established through orthogonal test design. Under the established optimal culture conditions and in the established optimal medium, the chitinase activity of Bacillus subtilis 515 increased to.53u/ml compared with that the initial strain under the culture condition before optimization.
