宁夏压砂甜瓜白粉病病原菌初步鉴定

Primary Identification of Powdery Mildew on Melon cultivated in Lands Overlaid with Sands in Ningxia

摘要: 【目的】初步鉴定宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病原菌。【方法】通过观察压砂甜瓜白粉病病原菌的分生孢子、菌丝、分生孢子梗、萌发管、纤维状体显微形态特征进行初步鉴定【结果】宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病原菌初步鉴定为单囊壳属单囊壳白粉菌(Sphacelotheca fuliginea)。【结论】囊壳属单囊壳白粉菌侵染是造成宁夏干旱带压砂甜瓜主栽品种“玉金香”上白粉病病因。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】 The study aimed to identify preliminarily powdery mildew on “Yujinxiang” that is the major variety of melon cultivated in lands overlaid with sands of droughty midregion in Ningxia. 【METHOD】 identification preliminary have completed in this paper based on morphological characteristics conidia, germ-tube, fibrosin bodies, hypha, and conidiophores of melon powdery mildew under light microscope. 【RESULT】 The pathogen of melon powdery mildew on “Yujinxiang” is Sphacelotheca fuliginea. 【CONCLUSION】 Sphacelotheca fuliginea could cause powdery mildew on “Yujinxiang”.
