稻曲菌素研究进展

Research Progress of Ustiloxins

摘要: 稻曲菌素是稻曲病菌产生的一类环肽毒素,能够抑制真核生物微管蛋白的组装与细胞骨架的形成,抑制细胞有丝分裂,从而表现出明显的细胞毒活性,对动物和植物产生毒害作用。稻曲菌素在抗肿瘤、抗真菌和杀虫等方面具有广泛的农药和医药用途。本文对稻曲菌素的类型、提取与分离纯化、检测与分析,以及生物活性的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Ustiloxins are cyclopeptide mycotoxins produced by the false smut pathogen (teleomorph: Claviceps oryzae-sativae; anamorph: Ustilaginoidea virens) of rice. They are toxic to plants and animals especially for their cytotoxic activity to be antimitotic by inhibition of microtubule assembly and cell skeleton formation. Ustiloxins can be used for medicinal and agrochemical purposes acting as antitumor, antifungal and insecticidal agents. The classification, isolation and purification, detection and analysis of the ustiloxins along with their broad range of biological activities are briefly reviewed in this paper.
