光照和种皮对有髯鸢尾种子萌发的影响

摘要:

[研究目的]了解光照和种皮对有髯鸢尾种子萌发的影响,为有髯鸢尾的育种提供种子繁殖的依据。[研究方法]通过人工授粉收获有髯鸢尾种子,研究了有髯鸢尾(bearded iris)种子在光照和黑暗对比处理、种皮对种子发芽率的影响。[结果]有髯鸢尾种子千粒重为77.35g;吸水达到饱和吸胀需192h(8天);常温(平均20℃)黑暗环境下有利于种子发芽,发芽率为54.54%。[结论]黑暗有利于有髯鸢尾种子的萌发,种皮对有髯鸢尾萌发有阻碍作用。

Abstract:

Abstract:The studies on seed germination of bearded iris that influenced by light and seed coat were carried out. The results indicated that the biggest expanding rate was 138% in 192h with 77.35g of 1000-grains weight. The dark condition at normal temperature (average 20℃) could benefit seed germination, which reach 54.54%.
