杂交兰花期调控的正交试验研究

Flowering Regulation in Hybrid Cymbidium by Orthogonal Experimental Design

摘要: 为了给杂交兰花期调控提供理论依据,以杂交兰‘红美人’为研究对象,用正交设计法研究6-BA、GA3、喷施次数和喷施间隔对杂交兰花芽分化和开花品质的影响。结果显示,6-BA GA3可以促进杂交兰花芽萌发,增加花箭数,其中6-BA 200 mg/L GA3 200 mg/L 喷施2 次 间隔5 天的处理花箭数最多,达6.42 个/盆。影响杂交兰花箭数的主次关系为6-BA浓度、喷施间隔、喷施次数和GA3浓度;影响杂交兰每箭上花朵数的主次关系为喷施次数、GA3浓度、6-BA浓度和喷施间隔。

Abstract: To provide a theoretical basis for flowering regulation of hybrid Cymbidium, the effects of 6-BA, GA3, spraying times and spraying interval on floral bud differentiation and flowering quality of hybrid Cymbidium‘Hongmeiren’were studied with an orthogonal experimental design. The results indicated that 6- BA GA3 facilitated the floral bud differentiation of hybrid Cymbidium, and the optimum treatment was 6-BA 200 mg/L GA3 200 mg/L spraying 2 times every 5 days, the number of flowering stalks were up to 6.42 per pot. 6-BA concentration was the most important factor influencing the number of flowering stalks per pot, followed by spraying interval, spraying times and GA3 concentration. Spraying times was the most important factor influencing the number of flowers per stalk, followed by GA3 concentration, 6-BA concentration and spraying intervals.
