栽培密度和施肥对半夏产量与总生物碱影响的研究

Research on Effect of Planting Density and Fertilizer Application on Pinellia Ternata Yield and Total Alkaloids

摘要:

[目的]通过不同栽培密度及有机肥、磷肥施用量对半夏产量和总生物碱含量影响的研究,为制定半夏高产优质栽培措施提供依据。[方法] 田间采用三因子五水平通用旋转组合设计方法进行试验,半夏总生物碱含量测定采用重量法。 [结果] 栽培措施对半夏产量和总生物碱含量影响的重要程度依次为:栽培密度>施P2O5量>施有机肥量>。[结论]栽培密度对半夏产量和总生物碱含量的影响最大,其次为磷肥施用量,有机肥施用量较小;在半夏栽培中,密度及有机肥、磷肥施用量应控制在一定合理范围,才有利于半夏产量的提高及其总生物碱含量的积累。

Abstract:

Effect of planting density and fertilizer application onPinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids was
studied in order to provide basis forPinellia ternata high-yield and good-quality cultivation measure. 3 factors
and 5 levels universal rotatory experimental design method was adopted to carry out field trials. Gravimetric
method was used to determine total alkaloids’content. Materialitylevel of cultivation measure’s effect on
Pinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids was: planting density>application of P2O5>application of organic
fertilizer. Planting density had the biggest influence onPinellia ternata yield and total alkaloids, followed by
application of phosphorus. Application of organic fertilizer had little influence. During Pinellia ternata
cultivation, density, application of organic fertilizer and phosphorus should be kept within reasonable limits,
which was beneficial toPinellia ternate yield improvement and total alkaloids accumulation.
