不同的基质配比对洋桔梗育苗的影响

摘要:

试验分析了6种不同配比的育苗基质的理化特性,得出泥炭、珍珠岩和蛭石配比为3:2:1和7:2:1的混合基质总孔隙度、气体孔隙度和土壤持水量较好,水气比适宜。表明这两种基质疏松、透气性和保水性能较好。6种基质中,泥炭的发芽率最高为89%。泥炭、珍珠岩和蛭石比为3:2:1的混合基质对洋桔梗株高、茎粗、叶长、主根长、根冠比和根系体积等生长性状影响最为显著。泥炭、珍珠岩和蛭石比为7:2:1的混合基质成苗率最高为81.4%,其次为3:2:1的混合基质,成苗率为78.5%,1:1:1的混合基质成苗率最低为27.4%。

Abstract:

The experiment performed an analysis in the physical and chemical characteristics of 6 substrates, revealing that when the ratio of peat, perlite and vermiculite was 3:2:1 or 7:2:1, the overall porosity, gas porosity and water holding capacity of mixing substrates were good, and the vapor was appropriate, which meant that the two types appeared strengths in looseness, air permeability, and water holding capacity. Among the 6 substrates, peat's highest germination percentage was 89%. When the ratio of peat, perlite and vermiculite was 3:2:1, the mixing substrates had the greatest impact on Eustoma grandiflorum 's growing characters like stub height, stem thickness, leaf length, taproot length, root-shoot ratio and root system. When the ratio of peat, pertilite and vermiculite was 7:2:1, the mixing substrates had the highest seedling percentage of 81.4%, and the following was that of 3:2:1, whose seedling percentage was 78.5%. The lowest seedling percentage was 27.4% from the ratio 1:1:1.
