烯唑醇在香蕉、土壤上残留动态研究及安全性评价

摘要:研究了烯唑醇在广东、福建香蕉园施用后的残留与降解情况。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,凝胶渗透色谱净化、气相色谱法氮磷检测器测定了烯唑醇在香蕉和土壤中的残留量。试验结果表明:烯唑醇的降解符合一级动力学方程,在香蕉和土壤中的半衰期分别为9.7-11.6 d和8.3-13.2 d。并对其作出安全性评价。

Abstract:

Abstract: A study was conducted on degradation and residue of diniconazole after application in banana in Guangdong and Fujian Province. The pesticide was extracted using ethyl acetate from samlpels,most of lipids in co-extractives were removed by gel permeation chromatography .the pesticides were determined by capillary column gas chromatography with Nitrogen-phosphorus detector.The results showed that the breakdown of diniconazole follows first-kinetic order, and half-life 9.7-11.6,14.7-20.9 days in banana and 8.3-13.2,9.6-10.1 days in soil respectively. Their safety assessment was also made.
