真核生物对核糖体失活蛋白的抗感机制

摘要:

核糖体失活蛋白是一类能抑制核糖体功能的毒蛋白,除了能阻止蛋白质合成外,还具有抗肿瘤、
抗病毒等多种活性,因而近年来引起了人们的广泛关注。文章就核糖体失活蛋白的种类、作用和真核
生物对核糖体失活蛋白的敏感性、抗性及其机制进行了综述,为解释核糖体失活蛋白的作用机理提供
了思路。

Abstract:

Ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs) are toxins that can inhibit protein synthesis in eukaryotic
cells by damaging the ribosome. They possessed various biological activities, such as anti tumor, antivirus and
so on. Therefore, wide concern was aroused in recent years. This paper summarized the type, biological
activities and the mechanism of eukaryote resistant and sensitive to ribosome-inactivating proteins.
