摘 要：文章综述了月季国内外研究概况和发展趋势，以及月季组织培养中的基本技术操作。阐述了腋芽萌发、器官发生、体细胞胚胎发生三个方面建立月季组培体系的途径，并讨论了月季组织培养过程中所遇到问题和建议。

Abstract:

Abstract: This paper summarizes the Rose Research and development trends in China and abroad, as well as the rose essential technical operations of tissue culture. It elaborates the axillary buds germination, organogenesis, somatic embryogenesis in three ways of Rose tissue culture system and establishment, and discusses the problems and recommendations the Rose tissue culture in the process.
