6种抗旱灌木叶片形态解剖学特征

摘要:

利用石蜡制片法,选择叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织/海绵组织等11项叶片抗旱性形态指标对互叶醉鱼草、金叶莸、蒙古莸、文冠果、蒙古扁桃、柄扁桃等6种灌木的叶片进行了解剖结构观察,筛选出6项在反映6种灌木基于叶片解剖结构的抗旱能力上具有代表性的指标:具有较厚的角质层、表皮有附属物、栅栏组织发达、维管组织和导管发达、富含粘液细胞和含晶细胞。

Abstract:

The morphology anatomical structure of six specices (Buddieja alternifolia, Caryopteris×clandonensis.‘Worcester Gold’, Caryopteris mongholica Bunge, Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,Rosaceae Amygdalus mongolica, Rosaceae Amygdalus pedunculata) were observed. By means of paraffin sections, we choosed different features, such as the leaf thickness, the chticula thickness, the palisade tissue to sponge tissue, to consider the difference of the six species. The results that was we choose six indicator,which had typicalness of leave morphology anatomical structure on the six specices: with a thick cuticle、epidermal appendage、well-developed palisade tissue、sponge tissue and vessel, rich in mucous cells and crystal-containing cells.
