赤子爱胜蚓分解处理城市污泥的最佳生态条件研究

The best ecological conditions of Eisenia fetida decomposition processing sewage sludge

摘要:

城市污泥是城市污水处理的副产物,成分复杂,若不妥善处置,将对环境造成二次污染。本文利用采用4因素3水平的正交设计,以赤子爱胜蚓的日增重倍数与日增殖倍数为测试指标,研究了在含水率保持恒定的条件下,温度、种蚓投加密度、污泥碳氮比以及EM添加量对赤子爱胜蚓生长与繁殖的影响。从而找到赤子爱蚯蚓分解处理城市污泥的最佳生态条件,为城市污泥的处理提供理依据。结果:当温度为22 ℃,种蚓投加密度为0.1 g/ cm2,污泥碳氮比为20,EM投加量为0.1%时,赤子爱胜蚓具有最佳的生长与繁殖效果。因此,确定了蚯蚓处理城市污泥的最佳生态条件。

Abstract:

Sewage sludge is the by-products of the urban wastewater treatment. The components of sewage complex, if not well treated, it is easily produce second pollution. Used the orthogonal design with 4 factors and 3 levels,the experiment tested day growth rate and day cocoon production of earthworm of Eisenia fetida. Maintain a constant moisture content, studied the effect of the temperature, the density of the Eisenia fetida, the carbon nitrogen ratio of sewage sludge as well as the EM recruitment on the the growth and reproduction of Eisenia fetida. The results showed that the best ecological condition of the Eisenia fetida decomposition the sewage sludge were:When the temperature was 22 ℃, the density of Eisenia fetida was 0.1 g/ cm2, the carbon nitrogen ratio of sewage sludge was 20, EM recruitment was 0.1%, the Eisenia fetida have the best growth rate and the reproduction effect.So Determined the best ecological conditions for the earthworm deal with sewage sludge.
