摘要:

本文对石墨炉法测定土壤中Cd的实验条件进行优化,最终确定以5%磷酸氢二铵做基体改进剂,样品与基改剂的加入体积比为4:36,灰化温度900℃,原子化温度1300℃。对4中土壤标样的测定结果全部符合标准值。

Abstract:

In this paper, it is optimized that the experimental conditions with graphite furnace determination of Cd in soil. It is ultimately determined that the 5% diammonium phosphate as matrix modifier, with the volume ratio of 4:36, ashing temperature 900 ℃, atomization temperature 1300 ℃. The determination results of 4 soil samples are all within the standard value range.
