Application of different disinfection methods in onion tissue culture

摘要:

本试验使用几种不同的消毒方法和杀菌剂,以及不同的消毒时间,对洋葱种子进行处理,结果是用不含洗涤剂的温水浸泡12h后,经过70%酒精体表消毒1分钟,0.1%升汞和Tween 20按比例10000:1的混合溶液消毒10分钟的效果最好,而且不影响种子发芽。

Abstract:

This study used several different disinfection methods and microbicides, as well as different disinfection time of onion seed treatment. The result is that the onion seeds were firstly immersed in non-detergent warm water for 12h, then were immersed in 70% alcohol for 1 minute for disinfection , at last were disinfected by mixture of 0.1% HgCl2 and Tween 20 in proportion to 10000:1 for 10 minutes, but the seed germination does not be affected.
