摘要:

简述了近年来普洱茶降血脂作用及活性成分的研究进展,总结普洱茶降脂功能研究领域所取得的成果,指出普洱茶具有良好的降血脂功效且主要降脂活性成分可能是茶多酚、茶多糖、茶褐素、他汀化合物等,旨在为探明普洱茶降脂活性成分,开发高降脂活性的普洱茶提供研究线索。

Abstract:

This paper summarized research advances in hypolipidemic effect and ingredients of Pu-erh tea in recent years. It is summarized achievements in pu-erh tea hypolipidemic field and point out Pu-erh tea has a good hypolipidemic effect and the main active ingredients may be polyphenols, polysaccharides, theabrowns, statins.This paper also provid clues to ascertain hypolipidemic ingredients of pu-erh tea and develop high hypolipidemic pu-erh tea.
