3S技术在许昌秸秆禁烧工作中的应用

摘要:

作物秸秆禁烧是地方政府管理的难题之一。通过应用“3S”技术,即RS在高温热源像点的发现与探测、GIS用于辅助确定高温热源像点的定性和统计制图、GPS用于火点的精确定位。3S技术对夏季秸秆焚烧进行动态监测与监控,可以科学、准确地了解秸秆焚烧动态变化情况,提高预警能力和监督检查的效率,为交通和航运部门提供由于烟雾对高速公路和机场等造成的影响程度与范围,减少由此引发的安全隐患、环保污染、节能减排具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The burning of crop straws as a major problem has been bothered the city government management in xuchang. In order to solve the problem, the author introduced the basic principle, method and workflow on the work of straw jinshao by 3S technology in bureau of meteorology in xuchang city, through the application of 3S technology, in other words, the discovery and exploration of RS high temperature heat source such as point, GIS used to help determine the high temperature heat source such as point of qualitative and statistical graphics, GPS was used for precise location of fire points. In summer, straw burning was monitored and controlled by 3S technology to understand scientifically and accurately the dynamic changes of straw burning, improve the ability and the efficiency of supervision and inspection, also provide the extent and scope because of smoke on the highway and airport for the transport and shipping sector, and reduce safety risks.
