摘要:本文根据国家政策环境变化和农业发展的内在要求，系统分析了建立新型农业社会化服务体系的时代背景，提出了新型农业社会化服务体系的框架内容，对每个方面的内容分别进行了深入研究，并有针对性地提出了新型农业社会化服务体系建设的对策建议。

Abstract:

Abstract: Given the changes of national policy and internal requirements of agricultural development, this paper analyzes the background of building a new agricultural socialized service system, and put forward the framework and specific tasks of this new system. It also gives policy suggestions on how to define the roles of government and market, and how to protect the autonomy of farmer's production management in the construction of this new system.
