摘要：

因兼具能源开发和环境保护的双重功能，农业生物质能的开发利用备受世人关注。笔者简要阐述发展农业生物质能产业的重要意义，分析国内外生物质能产业的发展现状，总结发达国家生物质能产业发展的主要经验，针对中国农业生物质能产业发展存在的主要问题，提出发展思路、明确发展方向和重点，形成4项政策建议。

关键词: 桦树, 桦树, 组织培养, 体胚发生, 次生代谢, 基因转化

Abstract:

The development of agricultural biomass energy industry has attracted world attention for the both function of energy utilization and environmental protection. The paper expatiated the significances of agricultural biomass energy industry in China briefly, analysed the current situation of the industry, and reviewed the important experiences of developed countries in agricultural biomass energy industry. And it focused on the status and problems of the industry in China, and then made the development ideas, direction and keystones. Finally, it gave four policy suggestions.
