摘要：

晚清时期，面对中国传统农业出现的日益严重的危机和西方的经济冲击，为改变颓势，摆脱国用匮绌的窘境，清政府采取了一系列改良和发展农业政策和措施，推动了传统农业的变革，主要表现在农务管理机构、农会组织、农业学堂、农事试验场和农业公司的建立上。这给我们留下了许多经验，引发了我们对当前农业建设的多方面思考。

Abstract:

A series of transformations of the traditional agriculture took place in the Late Qing Dynasty that mainly displayed in the agricultural management offices, the peasant associations, the agricultural schools, the agricultural experiment stations and the agricultural companies. This has already left the precious experience and the profound lesson to us and has initiated us to ponder current agricultural construction.
