摘要:

生活在古於中地区的土著先民,在辨识、采集、利用“药”的过程中,积累了对“槚或苦荼”的药用价值的认识,又因“槚”能缓解熬盐环境对人产生的痛楚,增加了对“槚”的需求。二者相得益彰,奠定了后世“槚”由药饮衍变为茶饮的基础。

Abstract:

Life in ancient in area indigenous ancients, in identification, gathering, use “medicine” in the process, accumulated to “Jia(槚) or the bitter tea” for medicinal purposes value understanding, and further because Jia(槚) can alleviate boils the salty environment the pain which produces to the human, increased to Jia(槚) demand. The two complemented each other, establishes the later generation Jia(槚) to drink by the medicine evolves the foundation which drank for the tea.
