10种早春开花植物花器官抗寒临界温度比较研究

摘要:

试验以保定市10种早春开花植物为试材,利用能准确模拟自然界霜夜降温的人工模拟霜箱测定各植物不同发育时期花瓣的过冷却点,并用霜箱对其进行低温处理,测定电解质外渗率,结合Logistic方程计算其半致死温度,统计褐变率,从而对其抗寒性进行排序。试验结果表明:抗寒性由低到高的顺序为榆叶梅、桃、金钟花、重瓣榆叶梅、贴梗海棠、白玉兰、山桃、连翘、迎红杜鹃、迎春。

Abstract:

Trial of 10 early spring flowering plants of Baoding as materials, determined the petals of different stages of plant supercooling point used of the artificial cream boxes, after low temperature treatment using the artificial cream boxes, to measure the electrolyte leakage, combined with Logistic equation to calculate the half-lethal temperature, browning rate statistics, which sort of their cold hardiness. The results showed that: cold hardiness from low to high Amygdalus triloba, Amygdalus persica, Forsythia viridissima, Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex, Chaenomeles speciosa, Magnolia denudata, Amygdalus davidiana, Forsythia suspensa, Rhododendron mucronulatum, Jasminum nudiflorum.
