Abstract: In order to improve the reproductive ability of Boer goats, two methods were applied to research the synchronous estrus and superovulation of Boer goats. The results showed that the synchronous estrus rate of two methods (PG-FSH method and CIDR-FSH method) were not significant difference (P>0.05). The synchronous rate of Boer goats reached 92.5%; The average number of the yellow bodies on the ovaries of the donors and the collected eggs using CIDR-FSH method were significant difference (P<0.05)from those of PG-FSH method, and the average number of the gained embryos and the transferable embryos using two methods were not significant difference(P>0.05).The superovulated effect of CIDR-FSH method were better than that of PG-FSH method. The results also showed that the number of the transferred embryos were not significant difference(P>0.05)from the pregnancy rate of the recipients，and it was extremely different(P<0.01)from the lambing rate of the recipients. The double-embryo transfer can improve the lambing rate of the recipients.
