Abstract: The function of GTS of the non reflector measurement and special program such as remote elevation measurement and missing line measurement can be used to precisely measure the height and diameter at random visible stem, The surveying resolution was analyzed. It provide the reliable basis for the research of the stem volume and forestry growth, the method bears simple rapid high precision and easy to spread in the application and the investigation of the forestry measurement.
