Abstract: The effects of different combination of hormone concentration on buds induction directly from leaf and calli, and shoots rooting are studied. The results indicated that the medium with 6-BA1.5mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L was the most suitable for buds induction directly from leaf, the medium with 6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.3~0.5mg/L for buds induction from calli, and the medium with IBA0.03~0.05mg/L was suitable for rooting. In addition, the time of buds induction directly from leaf is shorter than those from calli.
