Abstract: The anesthesia effects of QuanMianBao on dog were evaluated by monitoring analgesia, sedation, muscle relaxation, respiration, heart rate, body temperature and saturation of blood oxygen during surgery. The results show that QuanMianBao has little effects on respiration and circulation system, and its anesthesia effects were good, the disadvantage was body temperature dorp obviously, so it is necessary to keep temperature when anesthesia.
