Abstract: The environment is influenced greatly by highway construction, when we enjoy the great profit carried out by the highway, the negative influence can not be ignored. The paper described in detail the cause, character and its harm of soil loss during highway construction, and summarized the soil and water conservation’s measure in order to serve highway construction well.
