Abstract: This paper summarizes the latest advances in the studies on salt stress of wheat through the effects of germination and emergence of wheat, the responses of agronomic traits of wheat, osmotic adjustment of accumulation, antioxidant enzyme activities, the selectivity of absorption and transportation to K +and Na+ of wheat, the content of polyamine, plasmalemma NADPH oxidase activity and the effects of photoinhibition of wheat under salt stress.
